IIDA and USGBC join together to tour the brand new Hotel Indigo, a Intercontinental Hotel property.  Developed by Phelps Development, designed by Joseph Wong Associates and built by Hensel Phelps.  After a brief panel discussion by the team, enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, mingle with like-minded people and see the Green Roof and other features of the property.  950 Island, Downtown San Diego.  Sponsored by Drew George & Partners and Phelps Development.
