ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate or Bachelor Degree of Interior Design and minimum of one semester-long internship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including accurate English grammar and spelling
• Proficiency in AutoCad or VectorWorks, Microsoft Office
• Ability to develop and communicate design concepts
• Ability to space plan by hand and hand-sketch
• Eager, curious, excellent work ethic, and “do-what-it-takes” team player attitude
• Good organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to research materials and sources, images to support concepts, codes,and other design related topics independently
• Attention to accuracy and drawing standards are fundamental
• Familiarity in Photoshop, Sketch-up,InDesign or other design software
• Valid driver’s license,insurance and car
