The HIVE a three-dimensional matrix of 76 hexagonal, floor-mounted and suspended, CELLS

2013 Architecture/Landscape/Interiors graduating seniors Lori Choi, Jonathan Figueroa, Michelle Han, Catherine Hernandez, Molly Hubley, Hideyo Michael Kameda, Sho Kato, Steven Katz, Dami Kim, Chris Kono, Theresa Lee, Ashley Lim, XinXin Annie Lin, DaiJavette McOvery, Rameel Nissan, Elbert Payra, Stephanie Robbins, Derek Yi and Rodrigo Zayas, with the assistance of A/L/I junior Rachel Kim, A/L/I sophomore Merve Onur and Otis Foundation student “helpers” Nayungkhumia Chang, Levina Djajadi, Meira Goodfriend, Darien Noguchi and Raymond Tran began installing HIVE CELLS on May 1, 2013.

Open to the public on Friday, May 10, 6-9 PM,
on OTIS’ Elaine and Bram Goldsmith Campus, 9045 Lincoln Boulevard, LA.

Architecture/Landscape/Interiors Awards for Excellence in Design Studio will be announced and presented at 6:30 PM.
Architecture/Landscape/Interiors seniors will perform their studio work in Pecha Kucha presentations, 7:00 to 8:30 PM.
DJ Daniel will perform, 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
1200 ice cream cones will be served, starting at 6:00 PM.
