Global – Product Specification Specialist, Santa Fe Springs, CA

Global Industries, one of the largest manufacturers of office furniture in North America, has an immediate opening for a Product Specification Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Interior Design or CAD Drafting degree or related experience
• Specifying office furniture for projects of various sizes
• Contract office furniture experience a plus
•  Provide technical information to our dealers
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks
• Frequent contact with office furniture dealers and sales
• Generating plan view and 3-D drawings in AutoCAD
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Knowledge of different office furniture systems
• Project Management experience a plus
• Rendering experience a plus

Software Requirements:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Dynamic (a plus)
• CAP Studio
• AutoCAD
• Revit (a plus)
• Sketch Up (a plus)
• Rendering Programs
