Job Description:

Immediate opening for a full-time architect with excellent skills in both production and design. We are looking for someone who is focused on detail and who possesses the following attributes:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Proven working experience as an architect
• ArchiCAD and AutoCAD
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software Photoshop & Artlantis
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Local candidate and legal authorization to work in the US
• Strong communication, organizational and collaborative skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients and contractors
• Very organized, able to coordinate projects and multi-task
• Motivated and able to work independently

Job Duties:

• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
• Follow architectural trends and advancements
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• Dealing with problems that might come up during building
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
