Brett Shwer’s leadership style and passion for an integrated design approach in creating spaces that support a client’s vision has led to award winning projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies and institutions such as Oracle, IBM, Eli Lilly, Warner Bros., TNT, Novartis, Star Alliance, Toyota and Nissan Motor Corporation, to name just a few.
As a design team builder, advocate, and mentor, he has served as a past chairperson for LA-AIA Interiors Committee and helped establish the committee’s Student Competition. He is a recipient of the USC Architectural Guild Service Award and in 2018 received ANEW Foundation’s Stewardship Champion Award for dedication to social and environmental sustainability in the design community.
In 2022 Brett was inducted into the IIDA College of Fellows – the highest and most prestigious honor that the organization bestows on members who demonstrate outstanding professional achievements, exceptional leadership in the interior design community, and the extraordinary impacts and contributions that they have made to the interior design profession and industry.
