Caroline is a Design Director with Gensler in Los Angeles. Originally from Cleveland, Caroline relocated to LA from Boston in 2017 and brought with her diverse professional experience across a broad range of project types, including corporate workplace, hospitality, and residential interiors. As a Design Director, Caroline works closely with clients to create innovative and flexible solutions that reflect each company’s unique business drivers, core values, culture, and desired transformation. With a passion for design and pushing the boundaries, Caroline takes an inquisitive approach to each client and project, enabling her to create inventive and high-performing spaces that inspire, engage, and foster connection.
