Susan is an accomplished and award-winning Interior Design Principal with HDR- Los Angeles. With over 20 years’ experience in commercial design, Susan creates holistic spaces that tell a story while supporting and embracing the client’s needs, vision and brand.

As a thought-leader in health design and interior spatial strategies, her passion is creating environments that are sustainable, inspiring and contribute to the overall well-being of the end-user. Susan’s creative process is motivated by the practice of discovery, distillation and definition to inform the overall design concept and story that is woven throughout the spatial experience.

In addition to leading the Los Angeles interiors studio, Susan volunteers her time with the LA Business Council, is a board member with IFMA Health Care Council, and is on the NeoCon Program Advisory Committee.
