A Sense of Home Design Challenge… Accepted

Our Chapter partnered with A Sense of Home to take on a design challenge for Antwon, a young man who had recently acquired housing but didn’t have a single piece of furniture to go in it. Our Outreach + Philanthropy sector rose to the challenge, alongside our partners Corgan, Unisource Solutions and Swinerton Builders. Together, we acquired, assembled, installed and styled an entire apartment for Antwon. Watch this special video to see how it all came together!

This collaboration is a powerful reminder that when community and design come together, lives are impacted in lasting ways. As Antwon sang so beautifully, “we all need somebody to lean on.” 💙
