‘Ask the Professional’ Focuses on the Real Estate Industry

Hosted at the Andreu World Showroom in Los Angeles, the “Ask the Professional” event featured a compelling conversation from industry professionals. Insights were shared by a real estate broker (Janice Cimbalo, JLL), a design principal (Jorge Colon, HDR), a general contractor (Steve Segal, HBC), and a furniture dealer (Alexandra Mitrovich, Tangram).

The discussion covered the biggest challenges within their industries, market trends and projections for the next six months, and changes to their approaches. They addressed navigating client requests, the importance of in-person interactions in a hybrid workplace, and strategies for encouraging clients to move into new spaces. They also discussed project and process challenges and highlighted trends observed at Neocon this year.
