Calibre: Everything You Need to Know

Location: Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum @ Exposition Park, enter through Gate 31 3911 Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90037 

Dress Code: Dress to the 9s! When planning your attire, please keep in mind it is an outdoor event this year and it may be cool after the sun sets. The seated program will take place on concrete but the reception area will be on concrete and grass. 

Menu: The main course will be a salmon dish. A limited number of vegan entrees will be available on-site and shall be served upon advanced reserved request. To place a request for the vegan option, please contact [email protected]. 

Bar: Full cash bars will be located throughout the venue. Interested in having wine at your table? Pre-purchase wine bottles to avoid the bar lines and have them delivered to your table in advance. Pre-Purchase Wine Here. 

COVID Safety: In alignment with the City and County of Los Angeles mask wearing rules and recommendations, masks are optional for outdoor settings. Neither proof of vaccination nor negative test will be required for entry. Hand sanitizer pumps will be located throughout for your use.

Driving: Parking is available in the Blue Structure for $18 (both cash and credit card will be accepted), see Image 1 below for vicinity map

Rideshare: Please consider ridesharing if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages during Calibre. Rideshare dropoff and pick up will be located directly in front of Gate 31, see Image 2 below.

Looking for a hotel room? Hotel Figueroa, Freehand Hotel, USC Hotel, and JW Marriott at L.A. Live, to name a few, are all a short drive away from the Coliseum. IIDA Southern California Chapter does not endorse, nor have any relationship with, the suggested hotels.
