Call For Nominations for 2023-2024 IIDA Southern California Board

IIDA SoCal is calling for nominations for open Board positions. Our Board year begins July 1, 2023 and extends through June 30, 2024. Won’t you please take some time to seek out the promising talent around you and help us find the best candidates for these open positions. Some key points to consider when nominating candidates:

The Southern California Chapter Bylaws require that candidates for elected positions must be Professional, Associate, or Industry Members in good standing. If you know someone who is not yet a member but would be a good candidate for a position, please list their name as well. You can either nominate yourself or another person to be a candidate.

We have a total of 5 voting Board positions and 4 additional appointed positions. Currently the following positions are available:

• President-Elect (voting)
• Co VP of EDI (voting)
• Co VP of Membership (voting)
• Co VP of Professional Development (voting)
• Co VP of Student Affairs (voting)
• Co Director of Orange County City Center (non-voting)
• Co Director of Orange County City Center (non-voting)
• Co Director of Los Angeles City Center (non-voting)
• Co Director of Los Angeles City Center (non-voting)
