Designing the Year Ahead: IIDA Winter Board Retreat 2026

On February 28, the IIDA Southern California Chapter Board of Directors gathered for our Winter Retreat at OFS in DTLA. Twice a year, the Board comes together in person to strengthen connections, collaborate across sectors, and support one another in advancing our chapter’s mission.

Representatives from each sector shared highlights from recent initiatives and outlined plans for the months ahead. Bringing together leaders from our Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego City Centers, the retreat offered a meaningful opportunity to align our efforts and build momentum for the year.
