What are your 4 ways you stay sane throughout the day?
Start my day at the gym (you can’t blow off a workout if you start your day with it)
Take my dog for a walk—I’m fortunate to be able to bring her with me (when it isn’t too hot), so if the day gets too nutty I’ll take a break to walk her.
Visit my favorite design firms and clients! Some offices really remind you how fun this job can be.
Keep snacks in the car . . . because sometimes there isn’t even a second to stop for food!

Visit the island in Chile where my mom was born
Take my father to Italy so he can try authentic gelato
Complete an event in all 50 states (I’m up to 18, and tracking on a map with my 9-year old niece)

Beer. Dark beer for sure!
