Please join us for this year’s exciting Leaders Virtual (formerly Leaders Breakfast). This year, Leaders will be a national, VIRTUAL event with IIDA Chapters across the country participating.
Our keynote speaker will be Elaine Welteroth, NYT bestselling author, award-winning journalist, former editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue.
This year’s honoree is Charlene Reed, Certified Interior Designer in the state of California and a Professor of Interior Design at Orange Coast College. She earned a BA from CSU Long Beach in 1994 and has worked for prominent Architectural and Interior Design firms in Orange County and Los Angeles, CA. Her design work encompasses a wide range of projects ranging from small startup companies to corporate office headquarters, higher education, student housing and consulting work. In 2005 she earned an MA in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University. The culmination of experience and education in Design and educational technology has led to a full time faculty position beginning fall 2007 at Orange Coast College where she has taught part time since 2001. She continues to work as a design consultant on select projects.
