Los Angeles “Creating Place” panel discussion
Event Details
Sorry, this event is SOLD OUT. NO tickets will be sold at the door.
Please join us for “Creating Place” – a moderated discussion exploring the art of Placemaking.
Places tell us about history. Places tell us a story. Places tell us how to behave. Places are public or private. Places motivate or mitigate. Places support or starve.
As interior designers, we are tasked with ‘creating place’ for our clients. We have a ‘toolbox’ from which we draw elements to create places with specific functions and feelings. How do others in similar disciplines create place? What can we learn from them?
