To help navigate this changing time, we will be hosting a series of short Instagram Live sessions on various topics to help inform and support everyone in their journey. We’re calling the series:

Deborah Allen founded Searchwise Consultants for the purpose of refining the art of recruiting, because what Allen experienced was an industry abundant in talent but often poorly understood. As an executive in the contract furniture industry, Allen endured many years of barely qualified candidates in her search to fill vital positions. Frustrated with conventional methods, she began to formulate a more sophisticated understanding of the search process – a new dynamic that allowed for greater precision. Now celebrating 20 years, and always interested in the human condition in all its glorious and sometimes disheartening aspects, Allen has come realize a great many things about basic human needs, and the psychology that drives even the simplest acts. Her personal curiosity about the nature of human existence, from prehistoric to space age wonders, is what makes her ideally suited to the task of finding the right person for a job opening.
