We were so honored to have Cheryl Durst, Hon. FIIDA, Executive Vice President and CEO | IIDA moderate a fascinating discussion between Alycia, Sergio Lechuga, Design Director | HMC and Jarred Walker, Co- Founder | GCX.

It was so eye opening to hear about how each one approaches the hiring process and how we can all strive to bring more diversity to the profession.
