IIDA OC Fashion Show 2022 – Broadway at the Beach

After almost 2 years, the much loved IIDA OC Fashion Show made a big comeback. Taking the inspiration from the return of New York City’s Broadway musicals, the evening’s theme would be BROADWAY but with an Orange County twist. Broadway on the Beach – IIDA OC Fashion Show premiered the evening of July 28th, 2022.

The venue at Coastline College in Newport Beach would be one of the most unconventional stages for a Fashion Show performance. Stunning ocean views and ultra modern architecture framed the outdoor space and it turned out to be perfect for a night of performance and entertainment.

Twelve of the top design firms in Orange County competed with the most incredibly creative costumes and hilariously choreographed performances. These teams created their looks in an hour, with a dramatic fabric grab starting off the event.

The evening went from Fashion Show and turned into a wonderful beachside soiree lasting well into the evening with great music, lots of laughs, and togetherness.
