Intermediate Interior Designer
We are looking for a passionate and driven Intermediate Interior Designer with 4-7 years’ experience in commercial interior design. The candidate will work with Senior staff on one or more projects simultaneously, from schematic design through construction administration. The right candidate must have strong drafting skills and knowledge about commercial furniture and material manufacturers. The candidate needs to be CAD and Revit experienced, with a heavy emphasis on Revit. Proficiency in SketchUp is a must.
The Intermediate Interior Designer will work with Senior Interior Design staff on the following:
- Conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
- Develop space planning concepts and mood boards.
- Develop and deliver graphic presentation materials for client presentations.
- Research, select and document FF&E scope.
- Assist with overall interior design development during SD and DD phases.
- Assist with creating full sets of construction documents including interior elevations, construction
- details and millwork drawings.
- Assist with reviewing submittals and RFI’s during CA.
- Manage the interiors resource library as needed.
- Be a strong part of our family and be able to mentor staff with less experience.
Experience in CAD, Revit, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite is required.

$65,000 – $85,000
