Anne Sneed Architectural Interiors is a fast-paced collaborative practice with an open studio environment that produces select commercial and custom residential projects for our clients. We are a team-oriented practice that collaborates on projects, encourages creativity, and believes in exceptional, honest work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 or more years actual working experience with an Architecture or Interior Design firm.

• Bachelors Degree completed in Architecture or Interior Design at an accredited school.

• Working knowledge of building codes and standards, basic construction methods.

• Self-starter with basic design direction and ability with desire to collaborate with the project team.

SKILLS:

• High proficiency in AutoCAD. Must be able to efficiently develop and produce design development and construction documents. Documentation for plan check and permit a plus.

• Create and present presentations via PowerPoint, Sketchup, hand renderings, Photoshop.

• Source and specify FF&E for commercial and custom residential; presentation and documentation.

• Space planning, design development and documentation skills for residential and commercial interior projects.

• Strong project management; organization, written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, professionalism, multi-tasking while managing timelines and high-quality of design.

• Willing to take on a multitude of tasks which will change hourly.

• Thrive on constructive criticism. Positive attitude and a great work ethic.

• An understanding that the client is the most important member of the team.
