Technical Estimator & Inside Sales

Because our products are in high demand, we are growing our team and are now seeking an experienced technical estimator and inside sales rep for our Los Angeles based team. You MUST be a superstar on the phone/zoom, a wizard with email communication, and extremely comfortable using CRM systems and rendering software. About GreenMood:

Greenmood is a leading company provider of biophilic design products made with preserved moss and plants that require no maintenance. Headquartered out of Belgium with US offices in New York, NY and Pasadena, CA.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the estimating of green walls, design collection, planters, installation, and shipping.
• Ability to conduct effective, customer friendly sales calls (zoom) with designers, architects, territory sales managers and direct customers to drive revenue.
• Provide accurate quotes to territory sales reps nationwide, contractors/estimators, architects, designers, and direct customers in a timely manner.
• Utilize CRM System Odoo to enter contacts, pipeline projects, quotes and all sales related activity.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our national sales reps through highly responsive and interactive communication. Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
• Generates renderings using Photoshop and Sketchup of customer’s intended design.
• Create shop drawings with accurate measurements, pertinent details and renderings.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• 3 years+ experience working in the A/D Industry or Manufacturing side. Has an understanding of the A/D specification to bid process.
• Able to read blueprint drawings and find details about Greenmood or moss wall specifications.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in differing time zones. (New York, Belgium).
• Strong attention to detail to avoid costly errors and time delays.
• Ability to meet established deadlines. Works quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Software Experience:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Adobe product suite: Photoshop, In-Design, CAD, Revit, SketchUp rendering software

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Design
• Position is full time, weekdays, 7:00am – 4:00 pm, 40 hours a week. Must be willing to work early morning hours due to Belgium and East Coast clients.
• Pay is $30+ depending on level of experience
• Must be able to drive
• Must be able to help with samples and tradeshow moving (Could requiring lifting to 20 lbs)

The Job location is Pasadena, California

50% of the work may be remote and 50% in showroom.
