HBG Design – Interior Architect, San Diego

HBG Design is seeking a skilled Interior Architect to contribute to the delivery of memorable design experiences for our national hospitality and entertainment clients. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Four (4) or five (5) year Architecture, Interior Design, or Interiors Architecture degree from an accredited program

• Current licensure/registration or actively pursuing licensure/registration

• At least five (5) years of professional experience with a focus on interiors documentation

• Knowledge of building technology and can demonstrate it through self produced documents and communication of design process

• Demonstrated sensitivity to architectural design by the caliber of projects in resume as well as specific design contributions made to projects

• Demonstrated experience in construction documents

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with architectural designers to integrate building and interior architecture

• Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and interdependencies.

• Ability to collaboratively resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative and constructible solutions 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Software Skills: Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop
