HBG Design – Senior Interior Designer- Hospitality, San Diego

HBG Design is looking for a Senior Interior Designer for our San Diego office who can actively contribute to creating design experiences for our national and international clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading the design direction and coordinating the work and outcomes of a talented team of designers, while impacting the delivery of exceptional project documentation. Our design process is characterized by a collaborative exchange of ideas and an immersive sharing of industry-specific expertise.

We foster a design culture where creativity and exploration of design is paramount to who we are. The Senior Interior Designer will develop advanced level designs, have an advanced grasp of project development and production processes and have an advanced ability to work cooperatively with the Project Architect, Project Manager and Owner.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills to lead the project team successfully through the design process. Designer should possess detailed knowledge of hospitality facilities and be able to apply it to programming and space planning phases. A qualified candidate should be a registered Interior Designer, and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
