Prerequisites:
Having served on the current Board, or as a City Center Director, or as a committee chair at the City Center level is desirable.
Position Description:
The Vice President of Membership is responsible for coordination and promotion of membership as well as member recruitment, retention, and member benefits and services. He/She shall develop and coordinate the implementation of programs focusing on membership recruitment and will oversee any committees whose function is to promote membership. Other duties include acting as a liaison between the Chapter and IIDA Headquarters’ Senior Director of Membership, maintaining member contact information for the Chapter roster, and overseeing the application process at the Chapter level. The Vice President of Membership shall perform such other duties that may be assigned to them from time to time by the President and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of new membership policies and procedures.
- Obtain feedback from City Center Membership representatives by holding at least one (1) monthly call to review and assess member services to determine appropriateness, viability, and financial soundness.
