Leading From Where You Are: Design Dialog with Anna D’Geami

The IIDA SoCal Los Angeles City Center recently gathered at Western Office DTLA for an inspiring Design Dialog featuring Anna D’Geami, Human Potential Architect™.

Through her presentation, Leading From Where You Are: The Creative Professional’s Path to Leadership, Anna explored the idea that leadership is not defined by a title or position, but by the actions and mindset we bring to our work every day. Attendees gained valuable insights into how designers can strengthen their leadership identity through effective communication, stewardship of ideas, and increased visibility within their teams, organizations, and client relationships.
