Mike’s Custom Flooring, Inc., President and CEO
I’m the president of self improvement at my company. I love helping people grow in their career by learning, understanding and helping them capitalize on both their strengths and weaknesses.
A Large Private client always tests our abilities as a Flooring Professional and we love it!
Which City Center are you involved with?:
What is your role in IIDA SoCal? Please include title:
Orange County Local Board Communications Chair
What is something you’ve been doing for yourself during COVID?:
I’ve been riding my new Bianchi Road Bike and taking trips every other weekend. I also love playing Pickleball and have been learning how to play the ukulele! I love Bob Marley and picking out melodies from hip hop songs.
Favorite place in your area?:
I love hiking and some of my favorite spots include Santiago Oaks, El Moro and Top of the World. Here I am with my daughter at Joshua Tree!
Favorite restaurant vibes in your neighborhood?:
Chaak Kitchen, Tustin. I love the open roof plan and the food is not your traditional Mexican Food!
Favorite artists/designers you follow in Instagram?:
Takashi Murakami. Murakami is known for his cartoonish happy flowers but more times than not inside those paintings there is a satirical motif. We recently attended an exhibit at MOCA (Pre-COVID) and my wife bought this set of skateboards for me at the Museum Store. She said it reminds her of me. I don’t know if that is good or bad!Back to Blog
