Amira Marouf is a design professional with more than 12 years of experience in California’s design community. She began her career in residential design before finding her passion in commercial interiors, working on corporate, civic, public sector, and institutional projects, where she has led efforts from early planning through installation.

 

Amira combines her background in design with a passion for building meaningful relationships. She is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to bring people together around a shared vision.

 

Beyond her professional work, Amira is passionate about giving back to her community. Inspired by her mother, she co-founded Dignity Bags, an initiative that has provided more than 5,000 care packages filled with essential items to individuals experiencing homelessness throughout Southern California.

 

A passionate advocate for the design community, Amira has been actively involved with IIDA for several years, serving on committees, leading industry events, and fostering meaningful connections across the design and furniture industries. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and sharing life with her dog and two cats.
