Erica was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She attended San Diego State University and graduated with a degree in Interior Design. She has worked in the commercial design industry for over 15 years. Prior to her role in the flooring industry, she has worked as a designer at an A&D firm and Creative Director at a furniture dealership.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. She loves being with her family, reading and travelling. These days most of her time is spent on the sidelines watching her boys play sports!
