Erin Pysnik

With nearly 25 years of experience leading business transformation, project management, and strategic operations, Erin is a results-driven executive recognized for building high-performing teams, developing scalable programs, and delivering complex initiatives across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, optimizing business processes, and cultivating strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Erin currently serves as Sr. Director of Business Development at Turelk, where she is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding client partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. She collaborates closely with executive leadership to develop business strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and position the organization for long-term success.

Prior to joining Turelk, Erin held leadership roles at Lincoln Property Company, where she led project management teams supporting a diverse portfolio of tenant improvement and capital projects. She oversaw multiple client accounts throughout Southern California, including two life sciences campuses totaling close to 2 million square feet. Erin also established and led a national project management program for a professional services client, developing the organization’s project management framework, forecasting capital spend, streamlining vendor management, and implementing operational processes that improved efficiency and project delivery.

Earlier in her career at CBRE, Erin directed a national retail construction program encompassing more than 2,500 locations. She managed large-scale interior retrofits, infrastructure improvements, and enterprise-wide rollout initiatives while overseeing procurement, vendor and client relationships, budgeting, risk management, and process implementation. She also held leadership positions within a major financial institution, where she developed and executed national business process initiatives that improved communication, reduced costs, increased productivity, and standardized operations across the organization.
