Heather Crespy, IIDA, NCIDQ, CID

Heather is a commercial interior designer with nearly two decades of experience shaping environments that work as hard as the people inside them. She began her career on the East Coast, where she developed the clarity, rigor, and collaborative mindset that now define her leadership as an Associate Principal at HDR. In her role, she helps guide the Interiors group across science + technology, civic, higher education, government, and healthcare sectors, moving fluidly from conceptual exploration to construction administration while keeping teams aligned and momentum strong.

Her work is grounded in a deep respect for the built environment — and the way color, material, texture, and light can transform how people feel, focus, and function. Outside the studio, Heather’s life is joyfully full with two young children, her husband, and a little dog named Olive.
