Michael White

As Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Los Angeles office, I am privileged to work with a team of more than 500 designers across 13 specialized design studios, each dedicated to shaping the future of our city through impactful, high-performance design. Workplace, Media & Technology Industry projects are an area expertise of mine, having worked on some of the industry’s most innovative campuses & Studios, including Paramount, Amazon, Apple, HBO, Warner Bros., Live Nation and Riot Games.

In addition to my current role, I serve on the firm’s rotating Board of Directors and Management Committee, where I have provided leadership and guidance of the firm’s 59 offices and over 6,000 team members around the globe. In this role, I have played a key part in advancing our commitment to design excellence.

Lastly, I am equally passionate about cultivating a strong, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture within our Los Angeles office. Creating space for open dialogue and continuous improvement is central to how we lead, and to how our teams thrive.
