Sayyara Rustamov

Sayyara is a workplace strategist and interior designer based in Los Angeles, with over 10 years of experience designing thoughtful, people-centered environments. Her work spans civic, workplace, and healthcare projects, with a strong focus on creating spaces that support culture, functionality, and well-being.

With a background that includes international experience across West Asia, Eastern Europe, and the U.S., Sayyara brings a global lens and a collaborative spirit to every project. She believes design is a tool for connection — and a way to tell meaningful stories through space.

Sayyara currently serves as Co-VP of Communications for IIDA SoCal and is passionate about building community through design.
