Sonaly Dudheker, Managing Director leads workplace interior design into the next generation, with a focus on a holistic approach that combines experiential design with an emphasis on health and well-being. A frequent speaker at industry events and with white papers published, she has built a reputation for moving beyond the traditional process to explore the elements of design that can make a project more sustainable, more efficient and better for the people who use the spaces.

In her more than 20 years focused on interior design, Sonaly has worked on a wide variety of award-winning projects, building long-lasting relationships throughout the industry. She has led project teams that demonstrably increased employee engagement, collaboration and overall satisfaction, helping to develop environments that attract and retain employees and reflect the firm’s culture.

Sonaly has a special passion for working with non-profit organizations, designing spaces that support the mission and the people doing the work. She is active in several community groups, especially those that specialize in the welfare of the disadvantaged; she co-founded the Orange County chapter of OC Special Spokes, a non-profit charity that donates adaptive bicycles for children with special needs.

Sonaly is an avid mentor in the industry, working with several organizations to foster growth, confidence and empowerment among young designers.
